  • Grilled rosemary chicken with cos lettuce, croutons and Caesar dressing.

  • Cherry plum tomato & feta quiche.

  • Potato salad with a dill, tarragon and Dijon mustard dressing.

Menu 2

 

  • Teriyaki salmon with baby corn, mange tout & spring onions served on crunchy greens.

  • Chinese style noodles with bean sprouts, spring onions, sesame oil and oyster sauce.

  • French onion tart.

Menu 3 

 

  • Smoked salmon & prawns, served with a watercress mayonnaise.

  • Vine tomato, pesto and goat’s cheese tart.

  • Potato salad with apples, celery, red onions and mayonnaise, garnished with chives.

  • Watercress and lambs lettuce salad with shaved parmesan and cider vinegar dressing.

Menu 4

 

  • Rare roast beef with roasted courgettes, rocket & pine nuts & pesto dressing.

  • Tomatoes, French beans & basil, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  • Leek & brie quiche.

  • Bulgar wheat with raisins, pine nuts, sun-blush tomato & parsley.

  • Mediterranean chicken - with roasted mushrooms, red peppers, green beans, black olives

  • and capers tossed in a tomato & basil dressing.

  • Smoked salmon, salmon & watercress tart.

  • Home-cooked ham with brown sugar & mustard glaze.

  • Tomato salad with red onion, oregano, basil, sea salt, olive oil & balsamic vinegar.

  • Pasta salad with pesto, watercress & pine nuts.

Menu 6

 

  • Chicken with walnuts, celery & grapes in a tarragon mayonnaise.

  • Salmon & prawns with lemon & chive mayonnaise.

  • Mediterranean vegetable & haloumi tart with balsamic & thyme infused oil.

  • Mixed salad of cos, vine tomato, cucumber and sweet pepper with honey & mustard dressing.

  • Potatoes with french beans & mint dressing.

Menu 7

 

  • Platter of Italian cured and smoked meats, rocket & parmesan salad with pine nuts

  • & caramelised red onion.

  • Salmon, asparagus & watercress salad with lemon & sweet mustard dressing.

  • Mexican style torte layered with fajitas & mixed vegetarian salsas.

  • Potato salad with green beans, spinach, cherry tomatoes & pesto dressing.

  • Cos lettuce with Caesar dressing & croutons.

Menu 8 

 

  • Roast loin of pork, served with red onion confit.

  • Thai chicken & mango salad with lemon grass, ginger, coriander & mint.

  • Smoked salmon, prawns & Gambas served with lemon & caper mayonnaise.

  • Salad of lambs lettuce, pear, walnuts, caramelised onions & dolcelatte.

  • Taboulah primavera with spring vegetables, tomato, feta, mint & lemon.​

  • King prawns with cherry tomatoes, oregano & bulgar pilaf.

  • Layered gateau of pancakes - layers of tomato & olive, pea & fennel and roasted aubergine.

  • Greek salad - tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumber, olives & red onion.

  • Potato salad with a dill, tarragon and Dijon mustard dressing.

  • Classic coleslaw.

Menu 10 

 

  • Duck with orange, watercress & walnuts with honey, orange & mustard grain dressing.

  • Parma ham with asparagus, sun blush tomato & buffalo mozzarella.

  • Red onion & goats cheese tart.

  • Pistou salad – new potatoes, spring onions, rocket & tomato with pesto dressing.

  • Salad of courgette, chickpea, red onion, chilli, watercress & feta with basil crème fraiche.

  • Roasted mushroom with brie & thyme dressing.
