Starters

 

  • Thai fish & mango salad, with lemon grass, chilli, ginger and coriander.

  • Parma ham, with caramelised onions, shaved Parmesan & snipped chives or with peaches & rocket.

  • Salad of duck, watercress and orange with pear & toasted pine nuts.

  • Salad of mozzarella, roasted aubergine & sun-blush tomato.

  • Mezze plate – Moroccan flat breads served with humous, tzatsiki & spicy red pepper & feta dip.

  • Warm blini topped with smoked salmon and a dill & cream sauce.

  • Field mushrooms stuffed with spinach & leeks, topped with cheese and grilled.

 

Main Course

 

  • Roast breast of chicken stuffed with mushrooms, thyme & sun-dried tomatoes – wrapped in Parma ham.

  • Moroccan spiced braised lamb shanks, served with couscous & tzatsiki.

  • Pancetta wrapped cod with lemon & caper dressing.

  • Salmon steak stuffed with cream cheese and prawns, served with a Noilly Pratt and cream sauce.

  • Pork au poivre with apple mash.

  • Confit of duck leg with 5 spice, Oriental Noodles & Bak Choy.

  • Involtini – baked aubergine layered with mozzarella, Parmesan, tomato & basil.

Desserts  - All our desserts are always homemade.

 

We can also provide a platter of 3 mini desserts, a cheese course consisting of farmhouse cheeses with grapes, celery & biscuits and Belgium chocolates in individual boxes.

 

  • Glazed lemon tart – served with summer berries.

  • Bittersweet chocolate torte served with kirsch spiked cherries.

  • Chocolate or butterscotch profiteroles - filled with cream and smothered with sauce.

  • Maple syrup cheesecake with caramel pecans.

  • Lemon Parfait with lychees in Jasmine Tea Syrup.

  • Treacle Tart flavoured with orange & ginger.
